Beautiful designs in and out but some basic facilities were lacking

Beautiful interior and exterior design and decorations. It reminded me of Paris actually, knowing it's probably a French chain of hotels. Seeing FM the balcony, the outside buildings are almost like in Paris. Also liked the smart TV and timber floors in the room.

Well a 4-star hotel should have body wash in the bathroom, water-boilng kettle and free water (we are in hot summer!) in the room, as is the standard in other countries, even in 3-star hotels in other countries provided these basic things. Not sure this is Argentina "standard", or the result of current economic crisis.
