Superb

Location, location, location!

Location! Location! Location! It is so close to everything, sightseeing-wise, but it is also fast and easy to get to the airport using public transport. Great and consistent breakfast. Reception and restaurant staff are nice and do their best.

I think the rooms are very outdated and need better maintenance. The bathroom needs to be thoroughly cleaned.

Disappointing

Impressive hotel - but...

We wanted to give this property a 10/10 - seriously! The location is perfect, staff we met at the front desk exceptional and incredibly helpful. The room was fantastic - really large for what we expected and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was by far the best we had on our trip and we looked forward to it! but - our room was accessed by an unauthorised staff member while we were at breakfast and money was stolen from our suitcase. We let desk staff know that we had money missing once we realised and that the person in question had left something behind, so we knew someone had been in our room when they were not meant to be. From their own internal investigation we were advised by management that they had suspicions about a particular member of staff and we were to be assured that they were no longer working on site. We were to lodge a police report so we could make a claim on our travel insurance (which I have done ).

We had loved everything until the theft occurred. Would have appreciated some offer of compensation from the hotel.

Location. Room was spacious. Got an upgrade at a decent price. Breakfast was standard but good.

Although they didnt charge us to keep our suitcases, they said they will start doing that soon. For a hotel to charge for luggage after check out for a few hours is unjustified. The charge is quite a lot and comes to about 15DKK for 1 large suitcase. They should rethink this policy before implementing it. Room are a bit old and outdated.

Good location in Nyhavn and nearby metro stations

Spacious room. Breakfast options (waffles, and other local Danish foods) Located next to the harbour and Nyhavn, also within walking distance to most tourist attractions which are situated centrally.

The reception area is quite small. Toilet floor - not a fan of stone floors. Lifts are very, very small. No hair conditioner at the toilet.
