Nice clean and quiet place near the central station.

The location is perfect for those who travel by train - 3-min walk to a train station. And 10-15 min walk to old city and all the restaurants and bars. Also, the room was very quiet. And the breakfast was good.

NYE get away in Gdansk

- location is great, connected straight to the train station and 10 min walk to Old Town - small gym but does the job for an easy workout - sauna was a bonus but I didn't use it - room was comfortable and big enough for two people - we went for leisure but great hotel for business use also, WiFi is good and lots of desk space

- room service has to be requested - our room 119 was situated outside the staff storage with pincode entry so heard the peeping noise a lot throughout the evening and early morning - the bin was too small but not a big deal

Mattress was heaven. Comfy pillows and light duvet. Live plant was a nice touch. Nice Tchibo coffee machine and good Eilles tea.

Junior suite walls need a refreshening and furniture is dated now. Some ceiling bulbs were not working.

Pleasant location, clean rooms, friendly staff.

at 1 AM someone entered our room, mid conversation. The noise and the lights coming on, because of the card in the light slot woke us up, we automatically verbally challenged them and they immediately withdrew. At check out, until we directly raised this, it wasn't mentioned. When raised - apologies for 'a mistake by reception' were offered, and encouraged to take something from the mini shop area by the reception. Apologies were genuine and appreciated, we took a coffee, but it was worthy of noting.

Comfortable hotel in a very good location (next to the main train and bus station, approx. 5minutes walking distance to the city centre. The room was clean and spacious.
