A hotel you want to return to

The hotel is located in the center, near the park, close to the museum island. The children and I checked in at 7 am, which was very nice. The hotel has a varied breakfast buffet. The hotel has a good gym, excellent sauna and relaxation room

Welcoming lodging at Christmastime

The staff is super-friendly, and the facilities are beautiful. The breakfast options are many and tasty. It's in a lovely neighborhood as well. We were here for Christmas, and the hotel was nicely decorated, and everyone seemed happy.

I would prefer an enclosed shower so that water doesn't get all over the floor. It was also not clear how to lower the temperature in the room below 20 degrees C, so it was sometimes hot at night if the window wasn't opened.

Very good

Location was very good, everything close by. The staff was polite and the breakfast was nice

Hotel room was to small, also our our bed sheets wasn't changed for our stay, which was a bit disappointed for the money we paid.

Exceptional

One of the best hotels weve ever stayed in!

Gluten-free breakfast options were the best Ive ever seen in any other hotel/country. Wed love to be back one day just for this fact alone! Very comfortable beds, even pull-out bed my eldest daughter slept in was really good and comfy. Great location, only short bus ride to get to all main attractions.
