    Good location, but rundown and overpriced
    Location is very good, decent pool next to the ocean and beautiful setup there. the beds are comfy, most important!
    Looks run down especially in the reception area with torn Sofas etc.

    Sewer smell in bathroom, no shower screen, blocked drain, built a bit roughly and unfinished, the food could be a bit better.

    Nice, but could be better
    Great location at the beautiful Long Set Beach with white sand and amazing sunsets. A couple of nice restaurants and pubs are near the hotel. There's a nice pool. I recommend to book Deluxe Double Room.Friendly staff
    We were checked into the bungalow, which wasn't clean and had insects. However, when we requested a room change, we were given a nice apartment, which was much better. A large portion of the mattresses on the beach loungers was dirty and definitely in need of replacement.

    When we got off the boat they had someone to help take our bags to the resort. Its in a really convenient spot on the island! When we arrived at reception and got taken to our room there were a few issues and the staff upgraded us to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was great and didnt bother us that it was the same everyday as there was a variety. Overall very happy and will definitely come back!

    Excellent place to chill and relax
    We loved our stay here! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are super clean and comfortable, and the beach and pool are amazing. There are loads of places close by to eat if you don't want to eat at the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious and had a great range of different foods. Would highly recommend staying here.

    Disappointing, unhelpful and not value for money.
    This property is overpriced and needs a lot of maintenance. It is in an ideal location and has numerous restaurants nearby to suit everyones taste. I wouldnt recommend eating at their own restaurant unless youve 3 hours to spend as the service is very very slow.
    Upon checking in, reception told us that the TV wasnt working. We later found out no TV was working in any room.They also failed to tell us that the Wifi wasnt working and wouldnt be during our stay. The only wifi area was the restaurant. After the first night, we told reception that we were kept awake with a party in the following room and despite saying they would look into a solution, as we wanted a quiet stay and paid 160 for one, they never got back to us with one. I informed again of my disappointment but no communication from management again. I wouldnt recommend this resort, it would be cheaper to get a private room in the hostel next door.
