Wonderful, beautiful and a perfectly clean hotel in the heart of Tirol. Thanks to Julia for the friendly welcome and for showing us around. Hats off to the kitchen for the amazing food they made and to the staff for making us feel comfortable while serving the food. Finally, special thanks to Andrea for the greatest spa experience and amazing massage of my life.

Amazing 5 Star hotel in a small Austrian village

Amazing luxury 5 star hotel in a small and quiet village. Great and very friendly staff. Upgraded our rooms. Dont miss the half board that included a 5-course dinner (amazing dishes and great service). Restaurant Staff were very nice and helped to celebrate our daughters birthday (thank a lot). Good for 3-4 day stay (hitching, biking, free tickets from hotel to take the gondola, rafting desk made the booking for us, nice swimming pool..).

No AC in the room!! (so had to open the balcony door most of the time), however it was not a big deal since the weather was very cold anyway. Rooms have shared balconies !! .. which is ok for a big family but not respecting privacy for each guest!.

Was not the 1st time in this hotel, and I have to say it is one of the best hotel I've ever been. Beautiful hotel with style, excellent staff, good restaurant, very good location. For the guests may be important, the garage was very good as well
