    Location was excellent, room size was good. Room clean, comfortable bed. Lovely gesture left for us at the beginning of stay with wine and sweet bread. Staff helpful, with very good communication via WhatsAp.
    Room was tired looking, especially bathroom which didnt have towel rack/ hook ( had one only for hand towel). Was brought to the attention of staff, but couldnt be attended to? Toilet roll holder was loose. Room serviced only after 6 days, felt thats too long, considering room rate (could be serviced at extra cost before 6 days).

    We checked in with a lovely young man at reception. Any dealings we had with him were great. He was very helpful. All other staff were stand offish. Not willing to help and down right rude to say the least. I wouldnt recommend this property to a family.

    Place is old not a good service They also checked me out 2 days earlier so it was inconvenience to get back in after midnight without active card at to wait for the front desk clerk to open the door to me just to let me know that I was checked out 2 days earlier, I had to explain him that i booked until the 17 my RSVP he checked said it was until the 15 of Sep than he checked again said was an error and activated the card for the room and hotel until the 17 Not Professional service for hotel stay. They have no food or anything else on this property only coffee

    Excellent location and comfortable stay
    Excellent location, good size room and friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and the curtains blocked out the morning sun so we had a good sleep in. Best coffee in Tel Aviv across the road.

    Amazing property by the beach, very clean and well maintained.
    Amazing property, just by the beach. Sea-view rooms are gorgeous! Very clean and well maintained. Great staff, especially Gaby who's the best!! The lobby area is very relaxing with the sea view and good choice of refreshments and music. Absolutely loved my stay and will be back!

    Perfect location, lacks amenities, facility needs TLC
    Perfect location on the beach, walk to shuk, walk to Dizengoff. Good size space.
    No pool, Rooms need TLC (paint peeling, balcony door mis-aligned etc.). Facility needs better facilities management (over a month elevator was out 2 times for days, front door keys didn't work, etc. ) For extended stay, not convenient because no on site food.
