    Super clean and well appointed. Only issue was mentioned above.
    The baths both needed grab bars in the tub and/or shower. There was no support should a person slip. I'm not sure about local codes here, but many cities require just such equipment, especially to conform to ADA.

    The location by the pool was fantastic. The unit was a good size for us. We could use the table for the family and the kitchen appliances were new. Furniture in living room was comfortable but not the beds. It was close to restaurants and grocery stores. We were close to the base as one family member is there now.
    Many problems. An incredible number of DVDs were provided but we could play as there were no cords for hook up. Dryer doesnt work well. Dial spins but we had no idea where it was set or even if we would get warm air. Hideabed came with twin sheets and one pillow. Double sheets were needed. We were missing blankets and towels. We had to buy blankets. People need to know they must bring toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer tabs, dish soap, cleaning supplies. Cleaning was haphazard. Some dishes dirty, etc. towels bars in baths are coming off the walls. No bars in shower. Light right outside of twin bed room comes through the blinds making sleep hard. Black out drapes needed.

    The view when you first enter the condo is absolutely breath taking. We loved how open it was and there was enough space for everyone. I felt like I was at home.
    The only thing I didnt like was having to supply your own trash bags, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent.

    Hot and Sunny - great experience for everyone!
    The direct first floor access to the pool and beach. Adequate parking. Clean spacious condo with plenty of towels and utensils cooking ware.
    Some of the guests were a little over the top but the condo can not control people. The space at the water edge/ocean was take up by rental umbrella's leaving little space and non-obstructed ocean view.

    Beds were too hard, tossed and turned all night. Woke up with sore muscles. We asked for beachfront so we could see the ocean from our room but had a sand dune in front of our view.
