The mattresses are very hard, it felt like I was sleeping on a towel on the floor.

Good

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is well located. Pretty close to the White Sand Beach, to Thai and western restaurants and bars. The elevator and the free breakfast make a difference.

The Bathroom is smelly, the bedsheet with stains and the shower falls off which makes it hard for a tall person to take a shower.

Nice quiet place, a short ride to the busy area

The room was nice, with plenty of room, clothes hanger on the patio area, garden was nice. Free tea and toast for breakfast was nice, bed was decent. The location is good if you have a moped to get around, not much within a half mile or so but with a moped it's perfect to get away from the noise.

Not much at all. Little far from the busy area if your walking, but still not bad.

Good place, bad wifi

Big room, good A/C, good cleaning service, central position (10 mins walk from the beach or 3 mins by bike)

Wifi was unreliable, it could go very well for 1 hour (70mbps up & down) and then start to degrade to the point it was hard to do zoom calls. No breakfast service available (it used to be available)

Exceptional

Better than expected mid-range hotel.

Received an upgraded room, quite large, 2 balconies. Staff very nice and professional.

Pillows a little hard. Even good hotels put multiple identical pillows on the bed. If they don't match what you're used to, tough luck. Why on earth has no one in the hospitality industry realized that it would be better to have different types of pillows in the room so you could pick the one you like? This has mystified me for thirty years or more.
