    Cute apartment, convenient location, but needs updating
    The location was great but the apartment itself needed some major upgrades. The small convenience store on the property was very helpful as there's no other shops within walking distance.
    The toaster oven was rusted through and unusable because all the dials had been rubbed off so you couldn't tell what each knob did. The bathroom sink was not connected to the wall and would move constantly. The screens on the back porch had large openings allowing mosquitoes in and making the back porch far less comfortable. The ceiling fan couldn't go higher than what appeared to be low speed. The back door to the porch didn't lock (luckily padlock on the porch). Finally, front door lock looks like it has been forced before, the door should be replaced.

    Want some sort of compensation for the headache
    Finally after 2days they finally accommodate my room but want compensation for bad start of vacation. Will complain about it to all.
    My room wasn't ready then forced to stay in room that wasn't ready then finally got room that was nice! Not to happy about that

    Great staff, great views, great location, good food and most importantly great price!
    We liked the serenity of the location and being able to prepare our own meals, which was awesome. The view of the ocean in a time of chaos brought us peace and calm when we needed it. The location was great as it was in reach (driving our own vehicle) of Falmouth, Mobay and Hanover.
    What's there not to like as the price was right, the views where great and small issue we had (replacing the gas tank) was remedied by the very hospitable/ friendly staff. You can't go wrong with a combination like that.

    I thought I was renting a hotel not a AirBB come to find out the room wasnt comfortable enough with this to accommodate my needs, the shower and face basin facet was hard to manage. The Wi-Fi cuts off periodically no water in the toilet tank to flush I had to wait for the next day before I could get someone to come in. I had to stay with my family for one nigh. I wouldnt recommend this space to anyone nor myself . People dont show up early for work in the morning to assist your needs. Ricardo was my savior and another lady in the bar area. Also the security at the gate

    I liked the 2 rooms we got...I could see that they were repaired and new fixtures fitted. The rooms we small cozy. The 2securities and the 3 Ladies I saw were polite. The pool looked clean and persons were using it.
    The Ac remote was old and needed batteries. The rooms' location were kinda were kinda in the face of everybody so it was less private. I asked for an iron cause none was in the room neither a board I left and still have not received them. The internet service was poor. The Lobby area needs a proper cleaning and it looked deserted no one in sight. We have to search and look for someone to speak to. A sign saying 'customer service' is needed and be visible.
