Loved it! Unfortunately we cant choose our neighbours.

Facilities, location and view. Staff were also very friendly.

Neighbours above were very noisy. Dragging furniture and running around above.

The location was amazing, close enough to enjoy everything Mandurah has to offer. Yet still comfortable and quiet enough to just relax on the balcony and relax.

Having to buy pods for the coffee machine. There were enough options for coffee nearby, so I'm not sure why they bothered to have the machine in the room at all. Bathroom basics minimal 1 cake of soap for 2 people for 6 night? Just made very nice accommodation seem like a backpackers.

Disappointing expensive mistake.

Location

Room in serious need of update. Floor laminate all bubbled & lifting, damage on walls, mould all round the tiles of the bath. Also balcony doors & bathroom doors so stiff, you needed all your body weight behind to open them. Spoke to reception who said theyd send maintenance out, but didnt happen. Pool sun bed cushions were filthy. Mentioned the problems to reception when checking out, but just apologised. Why arent these things picked up by housekeeping? Definitely more of a 3 star property, very disappointed!
