Just a great stay overall

Everything! The staff was so nice and I love the room as well as the breakfast! The options for breakfast was amazing!

Probably not really a door between the bathroom and the room but its okay for us.

Everything's good but Rooms aren't SOUND PROOF!

It was all clean and comfy. Every one were also friendly.

The rooms are definitely not sound proof. We couldn't have even an hour of sleep that night because of the crying baby next door...

Pretty good stay.

The location of the property was very good. It was close to both Hauptbahnhof and the city center. The modern style and the beautiful colors of the hotel also. The complimentary of the bottle of sparkling water was a nice touch. A kettle would be good too as it usually happens in four star hotels.

The bed was a little uncomfortable - due to it being quite hard.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel; it was at the center of the city right across the train station.

The breakfast was rich and tasteful. Also the breakfast hall was in Orient Express ambiance which was lovely. People in the reception was friendly and helpful.

Due to the crowd you feel like you have to finish your breakfast as soon as possible and leave the premise as there are people waiting for their breakfast.
