    Breakfast was really nice and just what was needed. Room was a really good size for the 4 of us in the family room, and we had a lovely view of the sea. Tim the host was very helpful from start to finish.

    Amazing stay with wonderful hosts
    The guest house is right on the seafront. The apartment was on the top floor, so it was a bit of a climb, but the view was worth it. The room is a good size with comfortable beds. We appreciated the mini-fridge. The breakfast room is very nice and we could choose from a number of cooked options and help-yourself options like cereals or yogurts. The hosts were very hospitable and helpful. Tim suggested some places to visit nearby, was very knowledgeable about the area.

    Susan and Tim are both very hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Room number 3 is great and we would request it again. Breakfast was perfect as was the location. We'd definately recommend.

    A perfect stay in a beautiful B&B
    We celebrated our anniversary at the seaspray and Tim went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. Our room had a stunning view of the sea and was very cosy. The breakfast was faultless. Delicious hot food and plenty of ceral options. A very enjoyable stay. Will definitely return.
