I would never stay at this house again.

The kids loved the game room, the location was nice.

There was a problem with the smoke detectors and they went off all night every night for 3 nights straight. We got no sleep and had full park days to contend with. We also paid extra to have the spa heated and it never got over 85. Management agreed to move us to a different property so we were finally able to get sleep. They also refunded the money for the spa. I would never stay at this house again but I would stay at the second property we moved to and rent from this property company again. It started out as a horrible experience but they did what they could to fix it.

Excellent facilities very clean and plenty of space including excellent en suite bedrooms

It was a lovely!

We absolutely loved the villa, there were a couple of things that needed to be looked at and right away there were fixed. House was big enough for the 9 of us. Kids loved the pool, it was a must every time we were in the villa. Really close to supermarket, restaurants etc.

fantastic, we would book this property again if we are back in Orlando

the property is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, it is quite a large property with 4 lovely bedrooms and a very large dining area. the air conditioning is automatic so the house was always at a nice temperature. the pool was lovely and there was very little outside noise.

Exceptional

Such a well presented and well stocked house; there was literally everything we could need. The beds were really comfortable, showers powerful and hot, and a washer and dryer so we could keep everything clean. Near I27 and I426 so we could access all of the attractions within a 30 minute drive. Sandy, the property manager, was really helpful with any queries.

We opted out of paying for the pool to be heated, which, in hindsight, was a mistake. At $40 a day, it seemed a bit expensive, but jumping in a cold pool, while invigorating, isn't much fun!
