Beware of this hotel

Refused to stay because of the lack of mosquito protection paid in excess of 60,000 rupees for two nights and we were refused any refund.

No mosquito protection. No flexible shower hose. Expensive menu. Very poor presentation overall all areas require modernisation. All photographs of this hotel are outdated and don't represent what is there.

Breathtaking view! Exceptional service

My stay at Seclude by the Lake in Alleppey was nothing short of exceptional. The breathtaking view of Vembanad Lake, along with the delightful staff, particularly Aneesh, and the delicious food made my experience truly memorable. Witnessing a beautiful sunrise added to the magic, and the clean and well-maintained rooms and bathrooms ensured a comfortable and pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place for a rejuvenating getaway.

Great property if you have fat wallet and partyholic peers.

- Very clean property - very friendly and helpful staff - amazing location - spacious and comfortable for a medium sized groups - nice and cozy bedrooms.

- Extremely overpriced food menu. - Lack of any internal activities. - very small common pool. Required cleaning - rooms smell of fresh coat of paint

Exceptional

We spent 3 great days here. Aneesh, the chef and the waiter were all very kind, very attentive and made sure we had the upmost service, great food and service! The location is great to chill after city hoppings and food was amazing! If you need a couple of days of escape, this is the place you should definitely go! It's also very clean. Thank you the all the staff made it a great stay for us!
