Room size

Service was good.

Please check the room size. It was too claustrophobic, though it was very clean and maintained. AC was super cool.

Pathetic

The hotel charged Rs 3000/- more than the bill details indicated in booking .com. I will be taking up this issue separately with booking .com. Cleanliness of the room was pathetic. very poor arrangements in the room. The stand in the bathroom fell down the moment i touched it. There were two "used inner wears" to greet us in the cupboard in our room. When i showed the receptionist he mentioned then as " cleaning cloths". You can better stay in a dormitory rather than staying in this hotel.

Pleasant Stay, Can improve

Proximity to places such as Rangana Thittu Bird Santuary, Ranganatha Swamy temple, NImishamba Temple, Tippu Summer Place Good place to take pictures ,

1) The restaurant menu does not have any tandoor items. The service is slow at the restaurant 2) Complementary breakfast is not available. 3) The TV in the room did not have cable connection ( Subscription was not renewed), When informed to fix the problem no one came.

Dont consider this hotel for your stay.

As it was 11 at the night we have reached the place , instead of greeting us they started showing rooms and started asking for extra money as it was upgraded room which was not informed to us before . As it was late at night we didnt had any options. In the morning there was no hot water and nobody was there to guide us properly. Its totally not a place to stay .

Never try this hotel.

Dinner was good. Both taste and portion wise. Really liked their Restaurant.

Rooms were horrible. Overpriced at 4K for cramped facilities with most amenities missing. Toilet seat broken, no cupboard, no hangers, no tea table, broken chairs, damp, torn and stained pillows and bedsheets. Unprofessional staff at reception. Basic fast-aid facility unavailable, expired antiseptics served to a child.
