Clean room, had everything we needed. Even daily housekeeping. Also clean

The rooms were good and big. Except for one room where Air conditioning was not good every thing else was as expected

Air conditioning in one of the rooms was not functioning properly and even though we complained there was no improvements.

The receptions for 24 hours. Clean and with all services.

The location is not very close to patong road and the staff didnt have suggestions about experience, beach, place to go.. no ideas or proposals.

Very good

When we first arrived to our room, there was no towels supplied and it smelt like it had not been cleaned, we mentioned it to reception and they gave us a room upgrade straight away with a pool view and were very accommodating. Pool area is lovely. Location is great, it is about 15-20 minutes walk to bangla road so not noisy at all. Good value for money.

The room was clean. There is swimming pool but seems little dirty. There are all necessary things in rooms

We booked two rooms and rooms have one bed for two people but they arranged rooms have 2 small beds. They didnt change also. All windows looks each others
