This is not a 5 star hotel, more like a mid 4*. Avoid.
I wasnt expecting much from this hotel, but what I walked into left me shocked, this is very far from a 5 star hotel.
1. Not a lot of food
2. Food doesnt taste good
3. The worst Turkish coffee ever (they say organic beans, but tastes like the cheapest coffee)
4. No watermelon for breakfast
5. Very loud music till midnight
6. Rooms are not soundproof, hear people from 7 am
7. Snack bars close earlier than supposed to
8. Only 2 showers and far from the beach
9. Sun lounges are also far from the beach
10. Beach is pebble and sand
11. Guest relations bother you every day, ringing you in the morning to ask if you are enjoying your stay
12. It stinks outside in the evening, as if you live in a dumpster (smell of rotten food)
13. Orange juice is diluted concentrate, not a real juice
14. Water fridge on the beach is empty half of the day, not being replenished
15. Not enough bins on the beach - rubbish everywhere and is not being cleaned
16. Looots of mosquitos, will eat you alive in the evenings
17. Dont disturb signs are ignored (I received a welcoming bowl of fruit and wine (I dont drink though) despite having a dont disturb sign on
18. Dont disturb signs get flipped, this is not safe
19. Hotel is Russian focused, which is not a bad thing itself, but staff assumes you speak Russian and in the evening they play mostly Russian music
20. Some rooms dont have elevator access and no one asks you if you comfortable walking the stairs
