Great aura

Lovely aura about this home. We loved the feel n I think it loved us too.

Back door too hard for a 68 year old. First floor shower spray makes a mess. Kitchen taps loose. All fixable and didn't prevent a memorable family holiday.

A helpful owner of a pretty cottage a stone's throw from everything you want to do in Broadstairs.

The cottage is nicely decorated. It feels very homely with a nice open-plan downstairs area. It made it easy for us to be together as a group whilst doing separate things. The bedrooms were all cosy - in a good way - and care has been taken to provide good mood lighting. The sofas we very comfortable and in good condition. The kitchen was nice and large and had plenty of crockery and cutlery. There was a log burner and the lounge area had been decorated for Christmas. That was a nice surprise. There are condiments and other goodies, left by others, which are always useful. Lots of tea towels too. The heating thermostat was simple to operate.

One of the bedrooms was very draughty causing the door to rattle at night and the main bathroom lacks a proper shower. My group managed for a short stay.

Had a great time. Perfect location. Comfortable, modern house.

Clean, comfortable and good location

Only 6 dining chairs. No shower screen in main bathroom. No access to main terrestrial tv channels.

Brilliant short break walking along the beach with the kids and teens

The property was exactly as described. Had everything you needed and an excellent location right next to the beach. It was quiet and the rooms were spacious.

Very good

Comfortable house and well equipped. Meet the owner who was very pleasant and helpful. Location good for accessing the town, beach plus virtually on the door step is a friendly corner shop and bus stop. We hope to return next year.

Struggled with the Now TV and the microwave but had very prompt and helpful assistance from the owner who lives locally, would help to have some instructions for appliances or a how to guide. We are very familiar with Broadstairs and so parking wasn't an issue for us on this trip.

A lovely place for a relaxing break by the sea.

Lovely house in a very convenient location. The house was well equipped and provided a great space for a group of old uni friends to get together. Host was helpful and polite.

A better shower in the main bathroom would have been helpful but we shared to ensuite.
