A good place for a family getaway

Place was clean and comfortable, love that they have a big lawn at the back for us to hangout. Check in process was easy, and the admin was very responsive and helpful whenever we have any questions. and the best part was, it's a pet-friendly villa!

We really appreciate for having the rules/information sent to us prior to check in, but I do suggest for it to be clearer/detailed. For example, to specify that bath towels wont be provided, and pets are not allowed on the sofa etc. One of the toilet bowls flush was broken when we checked in, and it wasn't fixed the entire time we were there. It was very inconvenient for us to constantly having to lift up the back of the toilet bowl (it was heavy) to manually pull the flush.

+ the pool, of course! + the host was super helpful...(make sure you contact him early!) + the rooms, the beds, super comfy! got extra pillows too + at first, the distance from the entrance was unbelievable, quite scary...but then when you saw there were a few villas there - oh, what a relief...and plus there were 'polis bantuan' too! so, it was safe, no problem...

- TV local channel only... - Wifi was so-so...
