    The customer service put forth from the staff was excellent. Particularly Kaylie Gilardoni, Lake Como had flooding issues which created problems for us getting to Bellagio and the hotel. Kaylie helped us with a late check-in, made my entire family of 5 feel right at home. Unfortunately it rained the entire next day which again created problems securing a boat to get back to Lake Como to catch our train. Kaylie once again jumped to help. She secured a driver for us who drove us to the train station to catch our train. She also packed each of us breakfast since we had to leave so early in the morning. We all were so grateful for her extra efforts and kindness. We travel quite a bit and will be telling everyone about your hotel and staff. Many Thanks, Marty Sylvester

    Vert fresh and new. It was super that we had parking space.
    there was no ironing possibility- because it was after 16.00 oclock and staff was reachable by phone for emergency.

    the hotel is in a very good location, about 5 mins walk from the main area (ferry pier, restaurants). the receptionist is very forthcoming with recommendations on what to do in the area, also helping us with the public transport timetables (which changed to the winter timetable during our stay). she also provided us restaurant recommendations and helped us with reservations.
    space was a little tight in the bathroom.

    I highly recommend this hotel, great value for money, great location and the nicest owner who really gives 110% to make
    Everything was so well thought of in this hotel, the design, the lovely bedroom with a coffee machine and bathroom with high quality toiletries. Also provided bottles of water in the fridge which was great. Elena the owner was so accommodating and even taped up the handle of our suitcase which we broke. In all our travels this was one of the best breakfasts we have ever had, everything was so fresh and you could eat as much as you wanted. We had a lovely view of the lake in the breakfast room.
    Nothing, everything was perfect.

    Perfect stay in a beautiful hotel
    Seta hotel is a lovely modern boutique style hotel. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned every day & the staff cannot do enough for you. Seta restaurant is also incredible for both breakfast & dinner. I've seen many reviews about the church bells beings extremely loud...if you leave the balcony door open, they will be. With the door closed, you can barely hear them! We loved this hotel & got engaged in the hotel so maybe I am biased....but I would 100% recommend this hotel! We will be returning without a doubt! Thank you!

    extremely clean. newly renovated hotel. it feels brand new. extremely helpful staff. breakfast was fantastic.
    we had internet outage for 2 days - it was minor annoyance- but cant fault the property..

    Location Complimentary breakfast Cleanliness Nice gentleman at front desk and great wait staff at breakfast
    No phones in room No room service No elevators and we were on 3rd floor-tiring after a long day Snippy check in girl who approached us rudely about our removing the duvet because we were hot in the room and borrowing 2 pillows and a sheet from the open service closet bc we could not call down and ask for them to be brought up. No air conditioning
