Great value for money, will stay again!

On the morning of my check-in date, they created a whatsapp group regarding my stay going over what time I will arrive at the villa for collecting the keys, going over rules of the stay, the maid service, etc and also provided a direct communication with the villa if any questions or issues that might arise during my stay. There were a few issues that arose but they solved it pretty quick and efficiently. The living room was a nice, cozy area with a smart TV and fast wifi throughout the villa. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and there was also a drying machine located at the back of the kitchen (which I did not use though). The bedroom itself was decently sized and comfortable with ample supply of toiletries (except there was no shampoo that I could find). The pool was great and well maintained with two sun lounger chairs, a big beach umbrella and a table and chairs also outside. My villa had a sliding garage door, but noticed that not all villas had that. Lastly, the villa is located in a closed community with a 24hr security guard at the front gate, so its a quiet area and feeling safe. We also noticed there was a fitness center but we also did not use it. Also there is a 7/11 and a bunch of restaurants/bars/massage/etc within a short walking distance, around 5minutes.

Good property but very average customer service.

very nice pool and clean rooms

No response to communication whatsoever. AC wasnt working first night when we called staff for complaining they just coldly said nothing can be done now and only in the morning. Morning at 12pm too we had to remind them again. 2 people spent the night on the couch.

Very easy!!Tukata did a great job welcoming me and the family..Thank you Tukata!!

Not negative for some but we did find that the mattress was on the hard side netherless we had a great stay at the villa!! Got to use our private pool even though was raining kids had a blast anyways!!

This Villa was immaculate and modern, a great place to stay.

The Villa was beautiful, very modern and updated. The private pool was amazing, so nice to be able to swim 24 hours a day! The air conditioning was great. There were 3 bathrooms very comfortable. We parked our rental car in the garage with no problems.

I had to give 2000 bht in cash for a down payment because they don't accept credit cards for this. The woman took a picture of my 2000 bht when I asked for a receipt. When she returned my 2000 bht at checkout she took another photo. This is totally unprofessional, especially when paying over $200 per night.

Very good Villa. I am travelling a lot and this is one of the best places I have ever booked. Great value for money, great location, super nice stuff, super clean. I can't say enough good things about this place. If you need good place to stay, this is a place for you. I highly recommend.
