Disappointing

While staff is friendly, definitely not coming back!

Spanish staff are friendly and polite, property is centrally located.

The entire property, read ENTIRE property, from the ski room, to the corridors to the lobby stinks of sewage! I feel like this hotel is built on top of Verbiers sewage management system and the exhaust runs through the hotel! I have never had such an experience in Switzerland! Typically Swiss hotels are impeccably clean and smell of pine! Secondly, they gave me a room thats less than 9 sqm (yes, I measured it, room #17), I suppose they converted a closet into a bedroom! At CHF 350 / night, thats unacceptable even by Swiss standards. I dont even know if it meets fire code! I regularly travel to Tokyo, NYC, Singapore, HK on business and havent seen such a small hotel room in my life!
