Exceptional

Clean and cosy a great little bolt hole even on the stormiest of weekends

Loved how clean the property was and how cosy. The host Sheena gave us all the info we needed to make the stay a success. Coastal walks and Dartmouth Castle, Dartmouth pubs and great shops. Whats not to love?!

Lovely chalet, great value for money, close to stunning beaches

Great location for discovering different parts of south Devon. Quiet site. The kids loved putting 1 coins into electric meter. Very comfy beds. Great that we had use of a washing machine. Chalet had everything we needed for our 8 night stay. Hosts are helpful and quick to reply to messages. Its the next step up from caravanning

Nothing really. but if we were going to be picky we were sharing our accommodation with a few spiders!

Good base camp for exploring Dartmouth and surrounding areas

Good location, just outside of Dartmouth Quiet peaceful site Comfortable beds and good well equipped kitchen

Sofas where a bit dated but still comfortable There was a bit of a musty smell in the lounge when we arrived which seemed to pass

Perfect place to stay for a holiday in Devon. Close to Dartmouth and Totnes. Also visited Dittisham

Very comfortable and very clean. I wasn't keen on bunk bed although bottom bed was a good size and larger than the one above.

Bunk bed. worried about banging my head.

Very good

Short drive into central Dartmouth. Nice and quiet surroundings and in the country. Short distance to Sainsburys and Lidl. Property had everything we needed for our short stay while working on our boat in Kingswear.
