    We had the most amazing stay! Shintana Saya is a small boutique hotel that is focused on your experience; their incredible staff paid attention to every detail. The place is beautiful and exceptionally clean, the restaurant serves up amazing dishes at a decent price, the beds were beyond comfortable, the treats and turndown service never disappointed, and the massages were fantastic, too. All the employees work very hard to give the best experience to each guest. They provide free laundry service plus the tuk tuk service meant we never had to haggle over pick ups and drop offs which was nice. I've never had so many people call me and my whole family by name. Non stop comfort and care from start to finish.

    Phenomenal service and hospitality!
    Exceptional service and attentiveness by the staff. They will arrange everything for you which great attention to detail. From the airport pick up to everywhere we wanted to go to massages etc - they were on it immediately. The hotel itself is lovely as well. Great experience!

    A great choice - 5 star experience
    The staff couldnt have been more professional and welcoming, from the moment we were picked up at the airport. Our room was large and immaculate - we loved it!
    It is not walking distance to the center of town, though we had use of the hotel tuk tuk so it didnt matter.

    - absolutely perfect level of service - kind, helpful and nice staff from first to last member of team - flavourful food in restaurant, really amazing level of cooking - nice enviroment - great location (close to Angkor Vat)

    Beautiful boutique property where we were made to feel like we were the only guests there. Spacious airy rooms, gorgeous pool and garden area and outstanding staff. Laundry and private airport pickup were included. Every detail was thoughtful and considered. An outstanding experience.

    Amazing service, worth the stay!
    Service service service! This is a small locally owned hotel with just 9 rooms. The property offers spacious rooms and a quiet atmosphere with proximity to the town area for excitement as needed. The staff was amazing and consistently attentive and ready to service in whatever is needed or requested. The manager, Renna Sy, is super sweet and humble. He leads in the heart of serving while being kind enough to let me ask 1000 questions about the hotel, the area as well as his own personal life. There were other team members who were amazing as well, like Sothay (So-Tee), Noch, Nith, and others whose name I failed to get before leaving. They offer comp pickup from the airport (which is 1 hour away), welcome drinks (and not only at initial arrival), but in room snacks and drinks that refreshed daily, cool washrag for your face at arrival. Just about the entire staff welcomes you on arrival with fresh juice, and the service just builds from there. They also have organic products in the bathroom for use that they have made available for sale at the front desk at very inexpensive prices. If you are coming to Cambodia, especially to visit Angkor Wat, you must must must stay here. The service alone is well worth the visit. As with the entire experience of Cambodia, if you only come to see stuff, you'll miss the entire experience. What makes Cambodia a place to come to aren't ancient ruins, but hearing the stories of the people that walked in history and connecting them into the eyes of the individual people that stand in front of you as you enter into Shintana Saya. Our opportunity to be here tied all the pieces together to make Cambodia a standing destination on our travel list.     lush, beautiful, clean and comfy - would come back I did 2 massages as well; highly recommend! service was also nice - the fact they go above and beyond it just what everyone does there in this type of hotels they arranged also a 3-day tuk tuk for me with Phorn who was great!
    food could get better, it was ok if you didnt want ti eat outside but wouldnt eat there all the time
