    Location - is close to restaurants and lots of bars. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
    I basically had to choose between a room with mould and sewage smell and a room were I saw insects in it. The first room assigned to me was just impossible to breathe in it - it was downstairs and the furniture was so old and mould smell super strong.. I asked to change rooms and they showed me another downstairs room - same story! Then they brought me upstairs and showed me 2 other rooms that had little insects in it. I finally stayed in another upstairs room, this was a bit better but still old furniture, dark, extremely noisy air con! Very basic breakfast and pool area.

    This was our third visit to Simple Life Resort and they always impress.
    Ideal location for Saree beach, away from the noise of the nightclubs but still within a short walk from everything. Also they packed us a good takeaway breakfast on the days we went diving early.

    Cozy nice room, very comfortable, view is not much at first sight but very special in it's own way :) Located right at the center of Sairee beach which was very comfy for a few days without scooter, at the same time away from the business, very quiet and peaceful. Staff were friendly and helpful.
    Nothing really, would stay again :) One thing about Koh Tao in general is mosquitos, put your repellant on! Dengue fever is common in Tao apparently

    Location is good. Close to town area and food outlets
    Tired and in need of sprucing up * My husband uses a breathing machine while sleeping and there was no plug by bed when it said there was one * Had to ask for a hairdryer for the room when it said there was one * On checkin we were asked to pay 1000Bht key deposit which we paid in cash and when checked out we forgot to ask for it back. It should have automatically been refunded when we returned the key on checkout but was not. We contacted the property promptly to get it paid back to us but they have not responded to our request We contacted Booking.Com to sort this refund for us but they request proof of payment. It was paid in cash so don't have this proof..... So beware!! This is dishonest business practice from Simple Life which should not be allowed to be part of Booking. Com Very disappointed in this outcome..... I'm going to be looking for this review for Simple Life...

    There was a cockroach in our room, we had to move away after one night, got no refund. Also the a/c was super noisy it was impossible to fall asleep while it was on. The room was super old, ugly and dirty. Avoid at all costs.
