Decent stay

Hospitable staff... Extended help to keep our luggage for additional hours. Decent room facilities. Well kept, clean, toilet. A decent number of light options in case one person wants to work and other wants to sleep. Also has a good study table. The room being on the 6th floor had decent daylight.

The room was a bit small in size. The shower didn't work but the hand shower had compensated. Small small things like .. no space to keep your personal toiletries in the bathing area- It would partly improve their facility.

Be careful that your booking isn't cancelled by the hotel last minute without notice.

When we arrived at the hotel they advised that the booking has been cancelled, even though on Booking.com is was showing as confirmed and the last message from the hotel was confirming the booking. Though they advised in a message via Booking.com that payment is needed to confirm the booking, they then sent a follow-up email advising the booking has confirmed, which made me believe that our credit card details provided were sufficient. Instead our booking was cancelled without any communication with us. It was a very unpleasant experience and dealing with the staff at reception, who were not of any help or apologetic.

Food Quality & Keep glass and plates in every room , I ordered food from swiggy and call them for a plate and spoon But after a hour I'll receive it , it's too wrong
