    Seriously i recommended this unit for family.
    Our unit at level 32 was so amazing. Cloudy and very cold.the best thing is, facing genting city.
    Swimming pool dirty. Maintenance for swimming pool very bad.

    A three star Apartment hotel
    You feel like living in the clouds because of the fog and altitude.
    Facilities within the room could be upgraded - toiletries, towels, etc. Lot of construction nearby so the view is more like living in a city and not a hill station.

    Nice view/location with poor service
    The location was good, easy access to Genting theme park. Nice view and good restaurant, the food at Tavern Thai restaurant was awesome.
    The shuttle service was paid service, but miscommunication from the staff led us to be stranded at theme park for more than an hour. Had to take taxi back to room. The front desk staff didn't even want to refund my shuttle money initially but they eventually did after I was firm. The security guys at lobby are not aligned with the instruction given by Apartment manager to residents who are driving to the apartment.

    perfect staffs, nothing to complain. except for the location and swimming pool, everything else is perfect.
    everything is smooth, staff is very friendly and helpful, room is clean and huge
    its too far, location not that great. swimming pool shud be heated instead coz its cold up there. we wanted to swim but it was too cold.

    Enjoyable and memorable stay.
    It was a mystery at first but after inquiry with the front desk, it was easy. Just use a bit of common sense to get the access card. The suite was clean and it came with a reputable water dispenser which is what I was hoping for. All the necessities for a quiet stay was taken care of. Will consider this getaway the next time.

    1. I definetely will directly book under Hotel in future for staying up here as this management really monitored and calculated exact occupants stayed overnight. The unit stated for 2 adults and I have paid extra for 3 adults. Unfortunately my driver have to stay with us as other convoy cant make it due to broken vehicles in genting sempah and cancelled their booking in hotel. So they required us to credit for forth person before check out. After negotiate only able to discount rm50 out of Rm150. Anyway tq for that. But with total almost Rm 800++ better go for hotel just top up another RM100 for the same unit and brekfast provided. 2. For my unit I have to use same lift until Level 6 or 7 and then another lift to get to 31st floor . So troublesome for family as No Troly for homestay except Hotel customer. 3. The system security very advance as everything locked with pin number at door. Wasted time as you have to enter the pin number everytime to go in instead just slot in card.
