Very good

Way better than a hotel stay when you have children

Spacious and clean. Lovely deep bath.

No hot water, struggled to get a hold of the owner. The water didnt heat up well even after being told how to fix it. Mainly gutted because I was looking forward to using the lovely deep bath

Perfect location. Lovely apartment.

16th floor had nice views. Right in the centre of town. Safe and secure.

There were a couple of hints in the kitchen area that an upgrade or refurb was due. This didn't stop us from using it or having a nice stay.

Very good

Clean spacious but very homely apartment. Good value for money

Very clean and spacious. Located a realistic 8 mins walk from town centre. There was plenty of power points and extension cords in draw along with iron and hairdryer which was a nice touch

The on suite Shower was an issue getting right temperature it was either too hot or too cold

Beautiful apartments, great views and perfect location. Great communication and parking was a bonus Would definitely stay again

A few maintenance issues which I messaged the landlord about who was very grateful for the info as they rely on the cleaning staff to keep them advised.

Great location and perfect for Cardiff city centre but dated

It was located close to Cardiff city centre. There was 1 free parking space and the kitchen was a full kitchen which works if you need to cook and store away food. Instructions on how to reach and get in the property was clear and concise and the host was helpful in answering any questions we had

It was dated and the rooms were smaller than I thought. Also parking does not work if you have another person driving as well. We picked up a 100 ticket as only one person could legitimately park. No bath or shower gels, shampoo or conditioner, no spare toilet rolls or towels and the bath did not have any separators so floors got wet when you shower. The small print did not say anything about cleaning fees or taking the bins out which means we were charged 50 for leaving things unwashed and the bins not taken out. So be mindful of these things as I think it is someones actual house they probably still live in.

Not in the location that it says!!!

Not happy that the accommodation was in a different location to what booking.com said. They advertise (in city centre) but it's not, it's a good 10 minute walk, and not down nice roads either in the dark! Pictures on booking.com are not the apartment you stay in. Very disappointing.
