    Location, views, and staff were amazing. The shuttle driving service was the best! Court was our driver and he was so nice and helpful.

    Fireplace didn't work when we tried to start it. All the bird feeders were empty - which was really disappointed for me as a birder who was hoping to enjoy the arboretum with birds, but there were none. Room was very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the balcony looking out to the trees. The hotel is a great location to watch the sunset and try to see the stars.
    It could have a Tesla EV charger, and our room was very expensive for no view.

    Very comfortable stay, cant beat the view
    It was a great location. Beautiful grounds. Very comfortable beds and really like having a back door to take our dog out. Great helpful staff.
    If you arrive at sunset. Be prepared to sit in traffic! It took 15 min to go a mile up Airport Rd because the overlook gets crowded with people taking pics. Only other little complaint is we stayed on ground floor and our upstairs neighbor was very loud. I get that hotels are moving towards laminate floors but theres no muffling without carpet. Not hotels fault but damn the clomping back and forth was irritating.

    Truely beautiful location. Memorable experience.
    Stunning view - the best in town. We felt very lucky to be able to enjoy the glorious sunset from a prime spot exclusive to hotel guests. The gardens are beautiful and very welcoming with lots of comfortable garden furniture. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The complimentary coffee and delicious cookies in the lobby were appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend Sky Ranch Lodge.
    Having a coffee/tea maker in the room is great, but the UHT milk is not. Would prefer small fresh milk as the taste of UHT milk is unpleasant.

    Not the best location in Sedona
    The rooms are new, big and modern.
    The location outside town and no views from the room as the view is down the road.There is one restaurant nearby-good but pricey and on an.airport runway (!).There is no bar here,no restaurant,no food on offer so it is more a motel than a hotel.I would prefer to be downtown with great views anyway.
