Poor old Parramatta hotel suites.

The location was good, though it was a little hard to spot. The room was quite large.

Although this was the most expensive hotel in Parramatta, the quality was quite poor. We were very disappointed to find that the bed was an old style small double. The decor was old, with chipped paintwork and a very dated feel to it all. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. We had only been there a while when it started. My wife said " I didn't know we were so close to the trains" I had to correct her and point out that it was not a passing train but the air conditioning. It certainly sounded like we were on the station platform! There was no relief and the windows couldn't be opened.

Comfy large bed and nice lounge space. Shower had good pressure and staff were lovely.

Make sure when you try and get in pool area not to try and open the door (is a sign)juat swip card. However we still couldn't get in and had to go through the gym bit awkward in our togs. Nice pool though and a spa.
