Superb

The rooms themselves were not only tastefully decorated but also designed to maximize the spectacular views. The accommodations exceeded my expectations and were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Facilities were clean, tidy and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Food was out of this world and cocktails in the pool were a bonus. 5 pound taxi into Patong town but they do run a shuttle that stops at 17:30.

Good stay but not 5 star

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was OK but definitely not the best or what expected from a 5 star hotel(?). The food was delicious but pretty overpriced. The location is quiet which we liked. The gym is well equipped and has everything one might need for a solid workout.

Do not expect 5 star facilities. Id say 3 stars at best. The location is far away from the hustle and bustle, so much so that even taxis were a bit reluctant to accept our request. This can be solved With a 10 min walk to the main and grab a taxi there. We had the cheapest room they offer, but never expected not to be able to open the windows! The only way to have some fresh air is to turn the air-con on. This was a huge minus. The walls are super thin so one can hear everything that is going on in another room. Which again was not so pleasant when you are trying to sleep but the other room decides to listen to Christmas songs until the early morning.

I love'd everything. The pool, breakfast, the staff.. everything was amazing! Definitely recommend! Special thanks to Fiew from breakfast!

Good, comfy stay but didn't feel like a 5 star

1. Spacious room 2. Courteous staff 3. Basic breakfast but Hotel allowed you to pick 1-2 additional options as needed

1. WiFi kept dropping every few hours & speed of Internet wasn't great 2. Booked a suite with a garden view & this view was misleading 3. Facilities seemed basic for a hotel categorised as 5 star

Was fine for the 1 night we stayed, but would not stay longer.

Location and view of Patong was good. Bathroom was good.

They had a fire pit directly below our balcony that was lit every afternoon for guests at the pool to toast marshmallows and sit around...though given the heat no one took part. Apart from not being able to use the balcony, even with the doors closed the smell of smoke filled our room.

The hotel is located far from the busy Phuket downtown in a little hill. After a long flight arriving to a super comfy hotel was amazing.

Its not walking distance from the busy downtown, which can be solved taking the hotel shuttle or just using a grab (taxi) for a few euros
