    Little gem of Tanah Rata
    The location is ! Great kampung food downstairs & very friendly support staff. Security. Free flow of coffee & tea.
    Tourist with very bad cough not wearing face mask - these type of people should be screened & not permitted to stay. It can be done, as they also don't allow children under 12 yrs of age as it's a hostel.

    Hotel for relaxation, comfort and tranquility
    The workers at this hotel are wonderful people and care about the place in terms of cleanliness. They cooperate with you, give positive comments, and guide you to the places you visit. They are very diligent.As for the location, it is considered suitable for you in terms of its proximity to buses, as you do not want to pay transportation costs when you arrive from the buses to the hotel. This hotel is wonderful.
    What I did not like is that it deserves to be a 10 hotel and not an 8. I was surprised why an 8 is supposed to be rated 10.

    Just concern about safety issues as the main entrance remained unlock throughout the night (i presumed so as i was not given any guidelines if i come back late at night nor stated anywhere at the notice board).
