    The design is wonderful. The suite was beautiful, luxurious and the location is impeccable!
    I didnt receive a code for the doors upon arrival, and the hotel is very hard to reach. It took me like 30 min to get someone on the phone as I was standing outside ij the rain. Half of the lights werent working, the heating wasnt working. The doors to the bathroom were broken. I was traveling solo, but beware if youre traveling with friends! You are not able to seperate the main spaces from the bathroom. It also wasnt spotless clean

    Horrible customer service
    Accommodation indicated they would cancel the booking for me, which they didn't do. After this, they told me I would get my money back, which never happened. I don't know how the quality of the appartements is, but customer service and staff is far below what can be reasonably expected.

    Terrible stay - leakage, broken doors, broken lights
    We had to sleep in a room with water coming through the roof. Smartflats has a costumer service employee that wasnt able to support with anything, could not move us to a different room and had to let us sleep there. Huge safety hazard with the water coming through the ceiling lights. All we received was a message saying apologies for the issue, we will resolve this for the next guests and they could not do anything at the moment. Theyve hung up the phone and said theyre unable to compensate us for the night and were still waiting to get out deposit back. Booking employees have been very helpful, but DO NOT book through anything managed by Smartflats!!! Besides the leakage we also had broken doors, lights and other issues. Very poorly maintained.

    The suite had not been cleaned after the last guests checked out. The beds were not made up and there were dirty towels and trash everywhere. It was impossible to get a hold of anyone from Smartflats reagarding this. We arrived with our two toddlers (2 and 4 years old) at 4:00 pm on a Friday afternoon and no one picked up the phone, no one answered our emails nor our WhatsApp messages. We ended up by checking into another hotel and we are still (3 weeks later) trying to get a refund with no success. Very disappointing experience!!

    More Terrible Flat rather than Smart Flat... would avoid.
    The property falls well short of the description.. the doors to the bathroom and the toilet were broken so couldn't be closed.. no privacy for any guests.. many of the things that were supposed to be in the property were absent.. no ipod docking.. industrial style toiletries rather than the advertised Etro products... It's not a 2 bedroom property.. it's a studio apartment with an extra room meaning that guests in that room have no direct access to bathroom. The property was cleaned only to a basic level.. dirty linen was left in the hallway of the building... coffee machine broken.. no coffee pods... I tried to communicate this with the owners.. but they were only available on WhatsApp.. nothing was sorted.. no refund offered.. will be taking it up with Booking.com.

    Please work on your customer communication and safety. My stay was a nightmare.
    Room was good
    Customer service was vague and did not know what was in the apartment. Asked for extra towels, never received but was promised. Had someone enter my room at 2am. Reached out to host, no response. Very unsafe

    A really nice stay. The people at SmartFlats gave me all information in a very timely manner.
    The location is quite good, being very close to the Meir, museums, restaurants etc. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. It was nice and quiet in a peaceful part of the city.
    The wifi signal was rather weak in the flat. But this could be due to my phone and not the wifi itself.

    We tried multiple times to contact customer service as the AIRCO didn't work. We were promised someone would come to fix it but nothing happened. There was dirty water in the sink, there were stains on the chair and there were no water bottles or coffee/tea. We stayed in this accommodation the year before and it was very nice but this year it was really bad
