    Snowy Wilderness is a holiday resort offering self-contained cottages on the edge of Kosciusko National Park. Each has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area. Situated on over 3000 hectare (Read More)s of wilderness in the Snowy Mountains high country, Snowy Wilderness Resort offers activities such as guided horse riding, four-wheel-drive tours and hiking. Some cottages have an open fireplace, and some feature a private barbecue area with outdoor seating. Cottages with views of the lake and mountains are available. Snowy Wilderness is a 30-minute drive from Jindabyne and it is 50 minutes' drive to the Skitube.

    Magical stay in the Aussie countryside.
    What a magical stay we had. The family reacquainted ourselves with each other by the fire, and playing poker at the oversized family table. The house was beautifully warm during the winter nights, and we were met by the gentle horses each morning. Seriously beautiful!
    There is not much you could not like about this place. Even the beds were super comfortable!

    Warmer heater Better instructions on using fireplace for people who have never used one eg. do you need to open a vent on it or use any of the knobs

    It was an incredible holiday and I was very sad to leave.
    It is a beautiful cabin located in an amazing, scenic area. With a variety of different animals to see along the road down to the house.
    We would of liked a bit more firewood supplied for the 5 nights.

    Excellent accommodation and would certainly return.
    Very warm once fireplace lit. Large and modern. Excellent bathrooms. Great kitchen with everything needed. Excellent atmosphere around property.
    Beds were uncomfortable. Most similar styles of accommodation have more pantry staples available. Firelights would be very helpful to get fireplace started.

    Beautiful property, very relaxing. Would visit again.
    I could take my dog with me. The cottage I stayed in was very comfortable and relaxing. The horses were beautiful. The hosts were very kind and helped solve an initial problem with the booking.
    The cottage I ended up staying in was perfect, but the information on Booking.com wasnt really specific or accurate enough for the cottage I had booked into which wasnt suitable to my needs, so the hosts kindly accommodated a late change.

    Great location, awesome secluded property, very cozy cabin with a fireplace.
    Parking spot was a little muddy, some gravel there would make it easier unloading the car.
