i had a wonderful time.

i had a very joyful stay the hotel staff were nice the location was wonderful.

the rate was little bit pricy and i had problem placing my bags cause of the the room size.

Nice hotel - Lacking for 5 star property

Bartender Dimitri was excellent. He was everything you expect form a 5 star hotel.

housekeeping left dirty cups in our room everyday. After 3-4 days we asked that they please take the dirty cups which had accumulated in our room for days. They took the cups and set them outside our door for hours. I ended up having to go down to the front desk to address the situation because no one came to get the days of dirty cups from outside our door. There was also a bartender who had a grey beard who was extremely rude. Thankfully Dimitri was around to save the day!
