    Great hotel in the centre of Miraflores
    The room was big, staff was super nice and the location was perfect as it was right next to some great restaurants.
    The smoke detector light was blinking every ten seconds right over the bed, which made sleeping quite hard.

    Looks nice, but room for improvement.
    The Hotel is located in the heart of Miraflores, which seemed to be safe, and right next to a couple of fantastic restaurants. Also, the bed is super comfy and I enjoyed my stay in that regard. Internet Access was also very good and the Wifi worked without any issues.
    - TV was in Spanish only and it took two people 45 min to set one channel to English. An English manual how to do that would have been nice. - The TV remote did not work from the bed. Even after telling the receptionist twice, I felt like they did not understand what I was telling them. - The breakfast was a disappointment. They did have a little bit of variety, but it looked sad and I expected a bit more. A milk alternative would have been nice as well. Some Oatmilk for example. - I did not have warm water on the first day and on the second it was boiling hot without me being able to turn it down. They did fix it while I was having breakfast though and it worked perfectly afterwards.

    It was closed to downtown, a lot of places to eat and to enjoy. The conference room was nice
    The receptionist has many duties to do. The hotel was empty with few staff available. Breakfast was limited

    Im glad I survived
    spacious rooms , I stayed there before in 2019, I guess the instability of the government , made things unbearable for the economy , so therefore it was no a valuable stay .
    the water was turned off several times, the elevator was being constantly checked on at one point I was locked inside , as it didnt move .

    they should have given a credit for all the issues , I believe they had only ten guest staying the first time I stayed
    Ive stayed here before and loved it back in 2019, but I believe siento the government unrest , there where many problems worth the elevator and the water .
    issues with elevator maintenance , and the shutting off the water for maintenance ,
