Exceptional

Perfect weekend

Well located, amazing breakfast close to the beach and right across from Nikki beach you can see it from your bedroom window depending which direction it is facing. There was a horrible storm on the day we left, roads were closed due to flooding and fallen trees, all I have to say is the management and security went above and beyond to get us a cab to take us to the airport.

Very good

It is a good place near the beach and the shopping area. Stuff was really friendly and answered all my questions. The room was spacious and light. We had a balcony with a view on the garden, but it was also ok. The pool area and a hall were huge and comfortable. There were a lot of elevators. It was really useful in the "rush our" in the morning.

It was a little bit noisy at night because of "active" neighbors, who had some conflicts. In general, I had no problems with the hotel.

Very bad and it ruined my whole holiday and waste of money

Nothing. Literally NOTHING Everything in the description is misleading.

Everything in the description is misleading Hotel is NOT clean at all. Beds very uncomfortable. They change bed sheets every 4 days even if it gets dirty. There is no duvet and at night it was cold even with aircon switched off. Reception staff very rude and unhelpful. I was told they would provide an iron prior to arrival and when i arrived they said they didnt have any, after a long wait i got hold of one and then the receptionist staff gave me a deadline by which i should return the iron which made me even more stressed instead of enjoying my stay. One evening we bought food from outside and we were told we are not allowed to eat this in the lounge area because its not from the hotel. On arrival Checkin took almost 45 mins, systems were down and they took forever. Breakfast was very poor. The room doesnt have a coffee machine and when we asked for a kettle they said they will change a deposit in case we break it!!!!! The shower drain was blocked and after first shower bathroom was flooded, when i called for cleaning staff they were annoyed at the fact that water was all over the bathroom floor instead of apologising to the customer they were angry. I would never go back and do not recommend it to anyone. Its NOT a four star quality and no point wasting your money.
