We were disappointed with our room (210). Location was excellent, staff were helpful.

Breakfast was very good. Very good selection. Lovely food. The breakfast staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful

Bed was extremely hard. Pillows were bad. Paint was flaking off the walls. Toilet had a broken flushing button. Basin had a broken water release and also the basin didnt hold the water. When showering one had to remove the drain strainer or the shower base fill up with water Certainly not Sound proof rooms.

Perfect location if arriving by Train

Fantastic location. The city centre was easily reached by the many buses. I woop stay here again if heading to Verona

Room was really spacious and the location is key, right next to the station.

Not having a full working internet in 2023 dropped my score at least 3 points. I depended on it to do some work done. They said the technician would be coming, but it still didnt work. My suggestion: have two internet providers. Even if you pay double, you prevent this from happening The elevator is also kind of scary. A two story ride would take, no joking, 3 minutes. I always had the feeling it would break with me in there

A very convenient location if you need to stay near the train station. The bed was comfortable. The highlight was the wonderful and super kind lady who was in charge of breakfast. She was a complete pleasure to interact with.
