It could have been a great stay but we were frustrated with the service

The location is great. It's not as exciting and lively as South Miami Beach which is perfect for me. It's quieter and cleaner. The hotel is fine. We had a nice ocean view suite and beach access is easy and the beach is pleasant.

We were left a little upset with the service. One morning we left the room with some clothes on the bed. It included a pair of white shorts. When we came back, the room had been made and the clothes had been folded and put on the night stand. Except the shorts were missing. We doubted they had been stolen, most likely they were bundled with the bed sheets by mistake (white on white). We let the concierge know and they apparently tried to locate them to no avail. This is not surprising given how much laundry they must be dealing with and how they contract their laundry service. But at the end of the day, we asked that they refund the price of the shorts and they haven't agreed to that.

Amazing hotel and staff. Favourite spot while Forte Lauderdale stay.

Location is amazing, beach front. Dining room offers breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. Great food and service. Plaza across the street, walking distance. Staff is amazing.

Water bottles should be free of charge, upon request.
