It could have been a great stay but we were frustrated with the service

The location is great. It's not as exciting and lively as South Miami Beach which is perfect for me. It's quieter and cleaner. The hotel is fine. We had a nice ocean view suite and beach access is easy and the beach is pleasant.

We were left a little upset with the service. One morning we left the room with some clothes on the bed. It included a pair of white shorts. When we came back, the room had been made and the clothes had been folded and put on the night stand. Except the shorts were missing. We doubted they had been stolen, most likely they were bundled with the bed sheets by mistake (white on white). We let the concierge know and they apparently tried to locate them to no avail. This is not surprising given how much laundry they must be dealing with and how they contract their laundry service. But at the end of the day, we asked that they refund the price of the shorts and they haven't agreed to that.

Amazing hotel and staff. Favourite spot while Forte Lauderdale stay.

Location is amazing, beach front. Dining room offers breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. Great food and service. Plaza across the street, walking distance. Staff is amazing.

Water bottles should be free of charge, upon request.

The room perfectly decorated and confortable. The restaurant good ambiente I loved the soft lights.

The pool area is limit and under the rest of the facilites.

The bathroom door handle fell every day, we asked the staff to help us on the first day, and stayed a week. It was never fixed. The balcony wasn't furnished at all, we asked the staff for help but it was futile. As far as cleaning services, they were not good, they ignored areas of the room such as the balcony. We don't recommend staying here, all the photos are misleading and in worse condition than in the pictures.

Very nice hotel

We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment, which had everything we needed: 2 balconies, kitchen with dishwasher and stove, a very comfy bed. We also appreciated the small sauna and steam room in the hotel. The street the hotel is located in is quite lovely and offered different shops and restaurants to go to even walking distance.

The outdoor pool is quite small and nothing like it seems on pictures - but the beach is right there and we spent time on the beds provided by the hotel on the beach. The valet parking is rather pricey, 47 usd/night with tax.

Good place for a long star, well located hotel in Sunny Isles

Location (beach front), pool bar, gym facilities, apartment facilities (full kitchen, appliances etc.), ocean view.

Elevators (too slow for too many people), some furniture in the room was broken, breakfast options were too little, shower pressure was weak.
