The description said futon bed. On arrival, there was no futon but was later told that we had to request it before arrival

Great location

The property had everything we needed, and was clean. Unfortunately, we arrived just as a storm was hitting the south coast. The roof in the downstairs laundry/toilet leaked quite badly and there was no hot water in the downstairs hand basin - only the cold water tap was operational. Not usually a problem, but I have 2 hip replacements and a knee replacement and didnt like using the stairs too often, so using the downstairs toilet felt a bit ugh with the wet floor, and not washing my hands properly. Other than that, it was ideal, and in a perfect location.

Hot water in the downstairs hand basin would have been great for hand washing. Other than that it was fine.

Very much fit for purpose. Anywhere dog friendly will always get our full approval. Great location for the Great South Run. Very comfortable especially the beds.
