    We love the care taken with New Years souvenirs. The area was great, the room was beautiful and very clean
    We found the mattress very uncomfortable and I woke up with back pain.

    Our stay was enjoyable and we felt comfortable there.
    There was nothing to dislike the breakfast was adequate and the room was clean and pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. They informed us of the buses we could catch into Edinburgh. It was a relief not to worry about parking as there was parking behind the hotel.
    As stated above there was nothing to dislike.

    Good value and ultra clean.
    The check in was well defined, and the room was quiet.
    The room was not heated enough, and I was cold the entire time. The heat shut off at 730 or 8 and with below-zero external temperatures it was far too cold in the room. It is also farther than expected from the centre---best to take a bus!

    Location next to main road so many buses is going to city centre. Breakfast in the room (porridge, orange jucie, oat bar) Kettle in the room, private bathroom. Rooms clean daily and staff is very nice and helpful
    When you open the front door for the first time touch and keep holding your hand on the touch pad for 3 sec. One click doesnt work. Heater starts working around 4pm and its a bit chilly first so use additional heater which is in the room. Microwave in the dinning room would be great idea

    The room design was cute and the guest house was clean and cozy.
    A bit cramped in the bathroom and the bed was a little uncomfortable but it was great and just what I expected!

    Breakfast bag was a bonus as breakfast wasn't included .Was close to bus stops for ease of travel .Restaurants nearby .

    The room was mostly perfect.
    The water pressure was extremely temperamental, if you turn the water hotter you would lose all water pressure which meant the only option was a cold shower.
