The room was nicely decorated and not boiling hot like some other hotels for this time of the year. It was nice to have a window in the bathroom that you could open to help ventilate the room and cool it down. This hotel is very well located in a nice, quite area within 7 mins walking distance to South Kensington station, and 5 mins to the King's Rd. The breakfast provided consisted of lots of baked goods, cold meats, cheese, bread, yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee.

The bathroom sink was not draining properly and the water pressure was weak. The bed is a little hard and the pillows were not soft. The sound proofing is not the best as you could hear people speaking in the room next door.

Not getting the concept, its not a hotel, its not a airbnb, its something between and it doesnt work so well.

The apartment was comfortable, although it was not the cheapest from the options. The location is the main advantage.

The bed was too small, Im not sure if it was even 150 cm. We were almost one week there, not once they came even just to pick up the garbage. Of course, after couple of days the apartment was dirty and full of dust. So they dont clean, they dont change the towels, thet dont even refill toilet paper. Basically they dont do nothing. 0. They had a ashtray outside the building for those who smoke, it was full of cigarettes for 5 days and nobody even bothered to clean it up. Worth to mention, one day they had some kind of fire alarm testing and we had to hear the fire alarm for about half an hour which was pretty annoying. The breakfast is to say at least - modest. Really restricted options and no refill (or after half an hour).

Very good

the room was nice. heating worked very well. staff is always ready to help. entering with a password to the hotel and room worked well. breakfast could have had more options but still enough. freshly squeezed orange juice and varieties of pastries were perfect. We could have coffee or water whenever we need, all day long.

Disappointing

the room was big and comfortable.

the wifi was always turning off, not the best at all, can barely watch/do anything without the wifi just randomly turning off. the breakfast was awful, no variety of food, just some cakes, bread and butter.
