Disappointing

Disappointed except for the staff and cleanliness

Very clean

Extra charges that were not in the description. Had to pay for outdoor parking and charged 75.00 to my card just in case I got something from the store. The sofa bed was horrible

Passable

I may have to consider other hotels for future stay in Fort Worth.

It was close enough to restaurants and entertainment.

Parking costs $5/day. The room we were in was not well insulated from outside noise. It woke us up several times in the night.

Good

The amount of space provided was great. We had a two room suite and it was big enough for two adults and three children comfortably. The soundproofing between rooms was pretty good as well.

My daughter found brown marks on her washcloth. I found hair in my washcloth and on the walls in the bathroom. The pillows offer no support and I woke up with a neck and back ache from trying. My husband got locked out of the building because the key card machine malfunctioned, turning green but not opening. Normally that wouldn't be an issue, but in 40 degree weather, he was shivering by the time he actually got in. The front desk person ran a card I asked him not to, charging my bill to the wrong account. And lastly the breakfast was passable. There was no water to drink.
