Friendly staff and clean room, however amenities need updating.

Breakfast was good and the lady who served it very nice. I don't know her name. Kitchen/room was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Toilets didn't flush very well. Was concerned about the door. Had to slam it when we left to make sure it latched. Made me uncomfortable at night, especially with someone sleeping on the pullout couch. Water from taps tasted horrible. Only good drinking water was the filtered water in the fitness center.

Very spacious and quiet. Easy access to all locations.

There wasnt enough food/coffee for us when we arrived for breakfast around 730 through 9am. On Christmas Day, we had been told it was a pick up and go breakfast but they offered a sit in breakfast only. When we inquired about the pick up breakfast, the girl at the front had a bad attitude.

Front desk was very kind and helpful.

The place is run down and is a long term stay facility. Very shady people staying there. Myself and my family felt very unsafe there and did not stay even one night.
