Overall it was pleasant but room for improvement.

The view was good and the room was nice and spacious. They brought us complimentary champagne and cake.

Milk in the fridge was off and I had to go down and remind staff to bring fresh milk. There was a delay with checking-in. We had to wait in the restaurant. Very noisy being next to busy road. Check out time on booking dot com was 11h30 however the staff wanted us checked out by 11am. Paying the full price up when checking in wasn't what we used to with other hotels.

The apartment was on the ground floor right next to the bar / restaurant. From 7AM in the morning it was really loud and you could hear everything.

Exceptional

Blissful weekend staycation

Great location (and views), across from the beach and close to amenities. The decor was beautiful and tasteful and our room was large and comfortable. There was a strong focus on attention to detail. Staff were excellent-very friendly,attentive and customer centric. A special shout-out to Munya, Nono and Siya who were amazing and must us feel comfortable and welcome at all times. We also loved the staff uniforms/attire-really fit the theme of the hotel well!

Pleasant

Average. Its our second stay and the difference in the look and feel of the place is very noticeable.

The location and the food are excellent.

The interiors are looking very tired. The carpets are a hazard particularly to older clients. We had a very sad, almost dead plant in our room. Paint chipping on the bathroom floors.
