A pleasant stay, with a bit of maintenance and changes would be much better.

Location and view was very good, apartment well maintained and furniture clean, kitchen a a bit dated look with older cabinets but functional. Access to beach was great. Lots of towels, sheets, etc everything well labeled.

Mattresses need an upgrade - a bit on the hard side. Stove top looks a bit too much wear and tear on the surface might need replacing. Shower heads would be better with the extensions for kids. Changing dining table to regular instead of high chairs since it already has high bar stools by the kitchen counter. Adding a lower table on balcony instead of 2 high tables and high chairs, better to have one of each for option.
