    I was a very comfortable stay for the last week of a 2-month roundtrip in Asia before going home.
    The room was recently renovated and in very good condition with a medium size fridge, microwave oven, electrical water kettle, plates, cups, etc. which served well for preparing minor meals, like an early breakfast. Meals were served from outside from a restaurant at the opposite side of the street after ordering in the bar downstairs. After midnight and the next day there was no noise, while there was live music in the evening 20:00 to 24:00 in the next building. The staff was very helpful and at the same time not disturbing.
    A good chair by the table for working there my laptop might be a further improvement of the room.

    Splash - Great location, friendly staff, and excellent value for money!
    We had a great stay 1 night stay at Splash. The check-in was fast and to the point. The room was clean, spacious and really nice. The staff was very helpful, friendly, smiling, funny. The location is second to none right in the heart of Pattaya. We spend the evening in the bar connected to the guesthouse. Played pool, played dart, and drank a couple of Double Bailey's on the rocks. We loved our stay and the price was really good value for money. We miss you already, guys. See you next time. We highly recommend Splash Bar and Guesthouse to everybody, single or couples. Best regards, Jelly & Henrik

    Great place, great location and great staff.
    The Splash bar is located very centraly to tree town and Soi Bukhao. It has a nice bar an plenty of fans to keep you cool. Plenty of night life going on just short walks in every direction. The bar staff were super friendly and very helpful. You can get great food locally off the street carts and I found some great food just down the street towards Soi Trie at Lisa Bar. Plenty of live music close by and a good swimming pool on Soi Trie just opposite the hospital. 40 Baht to swim all day. With its own little bar and cooking area with local Thai food.
    I cant say I had any dislikes. There was some room renovations being carried out but they arranged to do the noisy work when I was out. so they took good measures to accomadate my comfort. Its not a place I recommend if your early to bed as the bar next door plays live music every night which seeps into the hotel. But night life is whats happening in this area so I had no issue with it personally. Lets be honest here. Things dont really get going untill after 7pm in Pattaya.

    i always stay here for a week convience for lk and surrounding areas noisy but im in it lol
    know the owner and he trying too fix up 2 date but fair while b4 this a lot of things not up 2 scratch but like the saying says you get what you pay for yes

    good but be aware of the early morning noise from bars
    perfect location in central Pattaya for local action, entertainments, easy to access local transport if needed to beach and other parts of the city via the baht buses, also there is a useful app called Bolt with which you can book cheap taxis. however much of what you need, 7/11's laundries, pharmacies, restaurants, are within short walking distance many bars and massage parlours nearby. the Splash bar itself is very pleasant for a drink or two before exploring the night or when you return from the evenings adventures
    not suitable for those who want to return to the guest house at say 11pm or midnight to sleep, as the soi (street) it is on is very lively with many nearby bars and it can be very noisy until close down time (which was 2 am when i was there) however its the perfect place for party animals !!

    An owner of this guesthouse is customer oriented, the bar has a relaxing atmosphere and also fair prices. There are no more additional fees charged before by previous owner, so no worries, everything is included. Overall: highly recommended.

    I wanted to stay in the soi Bukhaow area and this is one of the best locations you could get there. Across from Soi LK Metro . Really nice bar downstairs. It's been open 1 month, so it's all new. Really nice staff, very service minded. I will come back and stay for sure. I got shown a couple of different rooms which were available at the time, the first floor rooms currently were the more modern, the others are soon to be updated the manager was saying to me. The owner was also a great host, I like to play darts and pool, they had a brand new pool table which was good and a darts board and a Darts team which I played a few games with. It's a busy street as you can imagine and there is noise from the neighbouring bars, so if you want somewhere quiet, this might not be the place for you. Otherwise as someone who wants a great location and a nice guest house and bar to stay in at a good price, this is a good place for you.
