    The front desk lady was very rude. And there rooms arent updated. They didnt even have a USB charging outlit..

    Though I missed being away from my kitchen & family for Thanksgiving, it was restful & productive
    The staff were very accommodating. I appreciated the living history aspects. The location was very convenient to what I could walk to. It is also close to the excellent bus system that made the rest of my destinations affordable. Very easy to get to and from the airports. Very close to a Public Library and historical architecture & interpretive scenic walks by the Spokane River & Falls.
    The Thanksgiving Buffet was a ridiculous price.

    My favorite hotel in Spokane. Great location, comfortable rooms and outstanding restaurant.
    The Spokane Clubs downtown location is perfect for shopping and shows. This European style hotel is a throwback to a more elegant time, Excellent restaurant.
    No complaints whatsoever. Recent refurbishments have improved the bathrooms.

    A club that will have me!
    The Spokane club has a nice old-fashioned feeling to it. The people are super nice and the restaurant is right on the premises which is very convenient. Parking is a short walk away and inside a garage which is great as downtown Spokane can be a little sketchy at night.

    Quiet stay in a cozy, beautiful building
    A beautiful, historic hotel with modern amenities & comfy rooms.
    The elevator had a momentary glitch and the doors wouldnt open on their own. I pushed the door open button and after a too-long period of time the doors opened. And it wasnt even Halloween yet.

    Love the Spokane club. Great location and front desk staff. Super comfortable rooms with nice tubs and beds. Bar and restaurant can be hit and miss depending on who's working, but food is consistently good. Awesome coffee shop!

    Terrible parking.
    The hotel was beautiful and front desk person was nice.
    It was not made clear that parking was two blocks away. I had to walk at night with my luggage and 4 year old girl in the dark and not in the bestbof neighborhoods. I live the proximity to the arena but would not have booked based on the parking and safety risk to me and my daughter. Also, the shampoo and soap bottles had been used before and residue on them, the furniture was dusty, and the freezer had no door and was packed with ice.

    Comfortable, quiet accommodation, friendly staff, old world charm.
    I did not see that there was a place for breakfast, there may have been one, but I did not see it, nor did I see a bar to get a drink. Room was near the more busy street so some street noise, but overall quiet enough.
    Unable to control room AC to get the room cooled, and window was bolted closed so could not open it. Would have preferred a more firm mattress.
