Fabulous New Years Eve experience

The New Years Eve experience was out of this world. Every tiny detail was attended to, it was just fabulous. Will definitely go back for this alone. The food was incredible and the facilities were great.

The mattresses on the bed werent overly comfortable (quite hard) which was surprising since everything else was so fabulous.

Cockroaches in the room

Found the cockroaches (more than one) in the room during the midnight. Had to change to another room in a rush. It was quite a nightmare. No explanation or apology was given by the hotel.

Food and location.

Sunbeds were very close too many people crammed in one area. Some of the bar staff were not very friendly abs at times rude.

Excellent hotel. Would recommend to anyone.

Buffet breakfast was great. Huge choice, well cooked and presented. Dinner was similalry spectatular. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We did both the volcano and the round island tours arranged by the hotel. Both were excellent.

There was nothing more we could have wanted.
